Idea to shipped, on a pipeline.
LaunchWerks is a productised service: a free audit, a full build, and a retainer. Idea, audit, spec, ship, on the New Product Pipeline every Werks product (and this site) runs on.
How LaunchWerks works
A real problem, scoped down to something the pipeline can actually build.
Constraints, data, and integrations checked before a line of code is written.
A precise build spec the pipeline executes, then deploys.
Shipped through the pipeline
The pipeline's proof is what it shipped. Every site and app below, and this one, went idea, audit, spec, ship on the same engine.

The sites we shipped
Each of these went through the same pipeline. Follow any one to the product it shipped.
Built for how you already work
The same idea, audit, spec, ship engine that built every Werks product and this site.
Not open-ended consulting. A free audit, a fixed build, and an optional retainer, each with what you get set up front.
Every build ships with the shared Werks visual system, not just the backend, so it looks shipped on day one.
Plans
One productised service, three ways in: a free audit, a full build, and a retainer. Scope is fixed up front, so what you get is on the card.- A scoping call on the idea
- A feasibility read on data and integrations
- The smallest version worth shipping
- A go or no-go, in writing
- A locked build spec from the audit
- The pipeline build, idea to ship
- A deployed product on its own domain
- Analytics, CI, and the source, from day one
- A priority slot held on the pipeline
- Ongoing features and iterations
- The next product when you are ready
- Monthly, scoped and reviewed together
Questions, answered
What is the pipeline?
The New Product Pipeline is the fixed sequence every LaunchWerks build follows: idea, audit, spec, ship. Each stage has a deliverable, so you always know where a product is and what comes next. Every Werks product, including this site, was built on it.
Is this a productised service or open-ended consulting?
A productised service. There are three ways in, a free audit, a full build, and a retainer, and each has a fixed shape with what you get set up front. The audit sets the estimate, the spec locks the scope, and the pipeline does the rest, so you are buying a defined deliverable, not billable hours.
What does a free audit cover?
A scoping call and a feasibility read. We look at the problem, the data and integrations involved, the constraints, and the smallest version worth shipping, then tell you what a build would take, or why it should not be built yet.
How long does a build take?
Most first versions ship in weeks, not months. The audit sets the estimate, the spec locks the scope, and the pipeline does the rest. Timelines slip when scope moves, so the spec is where we hold the line.
What does "ship" include?
A deployed product on its own domain, with analytics and CI in place from day one. You get the source, the deployment, and the operating basics, not a prototype.
How does the retainer work?
The retainer keeps a priority slot on the pipeline for ongoing product work: new features, the next product, or the next iteration of the last one. It is a monthly arrangement, scoped together and reviewed as the work changes.
How does LaunchWerks pair with WebAdWerks?
LaunchWerks builds it; WebAdWerks markets and maintains it. Once a product ships, WebAdWerks runs paid media and keeps the site current, so the build and the growth are handled inside the same family.
